| BOARD OF ELDERS |

| The
Board of Elders (BOE) is comprised of a select group of ordained
ministers who have fulfilled the requirements of an Elder. This board
along with the Pastors come together to prayerfully seek direction for
the general welfare of the ministry and affairs of the church both
physically and spiritually. |

| CHRISTIAN CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT |
| |
Christian
Character Development is an essential part of ministry instituted to
promote Godly character within the entire family structure, both young
and old. It consists of organized programs that aid in the development
of the body of Christ. Each program is designed to help the believer to
merge into the body of Christ through foundational teachings, preparing
individuals to become productive members of society and a living
expression of God's kingdom.

| EDUCATION |
| |
Higher
education is promoted and encouraged throughout the ministry by
providing programs that challenge individuals to advance beyond their
limits both spiritually and secularly.

BEIN Scholarship Fund
Bishop Estee & Ida Newman Scholarship Fund was officially
established in 1985 as a Higher Education Program operated through
NEPM.
The purpose and goal is to
assist qualifying High School graduating seniors within our
congregation as well as various communities in alleviating some of the
financial obligations occurred in obtaining a higher education.
Our ultimate goal is to someday grant to some otherwise unfortunate individuals a full 4 year scholarship through BEINS. |

| MAINTENANCE |

The
Maintenance department is responsible for all maintenance and
beautification of the entire property both within and without. It is
comprised of several departments that maintain and enhance the
structure to make it warm and inviting. Beauty and excellence is the
order deserving of the House of God

| MUSIC MINISTRY |

The
music ministry is comprised of several components; singers, musicians,
drama and dance. Drawing from one another they bring to life the
written Word using the many gifts and talents of all age groups.

| OUTREACH |
| |
Outreach
is comprised of numerous programs dedicated to serving a wide spectrum
of communities in and out of the body of Christ. We reach out to the
lonely, lost, dying, hurting, homeless, helpless, incarcerated, sick
and shut-in, bereaved, even our own Pastors for, "charity begins at home."
We minister to the total man, both spiritually and physically and cater to the needs of every individual without partiality.

| SOUND VISION PRODUCTIONS |

function of the audio/visual ministry is to capture the essence of the
Word of God as it is delivered for the production and distribution of
audio and visual recordings to extend the gospel beyond the confines of
the church to those who may not be able to attend services.

| TRANSPORTATION |

| The
transportation ministry is committed to serving the community as well
as the church body, providing a dependable source of transportation for
those desiring to attend services. This ministry is also made available
upon request for in-house ministries that need transportation to and
from engagements. |
